How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification. This applies if you think the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification. Your counter-notice must be in writing and contain the following:

  • A physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled. Include the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district where your address is located. If your address is outside the United States, you consent to jurisdiction for any judicial district in which XC Marquitectura may be found.
  • A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.

Repeat Infringer Policy
